Until that poll comes in, I'm taking it all with a pinch of salt.<br /><br />It should also be remembered that when we Scots have had the opportunity to vote for more powers, we have done, both in '79 and '97.<br /><br />Lastly, doesn't 'devo max' or 'plus' or whatever flavour you go for throw up some huge constitutional issues regarding the Treaty of Union and possibly have huge potential impact Wales, NI and indeed, England itself ?
